Ace Grading has reached a significant milestone: processing approximately 2,000 trading cards daily. With collectors submitting cards at record rates and daily submission spots vanishing in hours, the UK-based grading company is making significant changes to keep pace. Starting **28 July 2025**, Ace will introduce a revamped pricing structure, new service tiers, and stricter daily submission caps.

Here's what you need to know.

What's Changing – and Why

Ace Grading has built its reputation on speed, quality, and attention to detail. But as demand skyrockets, so does the pressure on turnaround times and grading capacity. To protect the customer experience and prevent bottlenecks, Ace is introducing:

• A **streamlined five-tier pricing system**
• **Reduced submission limits per order**
• **Daily submission caps** that reset each day

This update ensures that collectors can continue to rely on fast, consistent service without experiencing long delays or unpredictable wait times.

The New Service Tiers (Effective 28 July 2025)

• **Luxury (New)**: £50 per card — 2 working days turnaround — minimum 1 card
• **Ultra**: £25 per card — 5 working days turnaround — minimum 1 card
• **Premier**: £18 per card — 15 working days turnaround — minimum 5 cards
• **Standard**: £15 per card — 30 working days turnaround — minimum 10 cards
• **Basic**: £12 per card — 80 working days turnaround — minimum 20 cards

All tiers have a maximum of 50 cards.

Turnaround times are counted from the first full working day after check-in.

Key Dates to Mark

• **Monday, 28 July 2025** – Luxury and Ultra tiers open for submission
• **Monday, 4 August 2025** – All tiers go live
• **Every day thereafter** – Tiers will open daily but may fill up quickly

Ace recommends planning your submission around the service tier that best fits your timeline—and acting early each day to secure a slot.

Why This Matters for Collectors

With lower submission caps and tighter tier windows, collectors will need to be more strategic in their approach. Whether you're grading a high-value grail card or a full deck of favourites, you'll need to:

• Choose the right tier based on **urgency and budget**
• Monitor submission slots closely—they fill fast
• Join the [Ace Grading Discord](https://discord.gg/WsuBteH9eF) for real-time updates

Despite the operational changes, **the core promise remains unchanged**: every card goes through Ace's rigorous, multi-stage grading process. Expect the same precision, consistency, and quality that built Ace's name in the first place.

The Bottom Line

Ace Grading is evolving to meet massive demand without sacrificing the quality it's known for. The new tier system brings more clarity, flexibility, and fairness—but collectors will need to stay sharp and act fast.
