Pokemon has officially lifted the curtain on **Ascended Heroes**, a new special English set led by **Mega Dragonite ex**. The rollout begins January 30, 2026, with product releases planned throughout the year. Like other special sets, booster packs will not be sold individually. Players will only find them inside dedicated bundled products.
Ascended Heroes is shaping up to be one of the most stacked special sets to date. It features **over 290 cards**, including **over 30 Trainer cards**, **13 Mega Evolution Pokemon ex**, **six Tera Pokemon ex**, and **20 Pokemon ex**.
