Fans of Avatar: The Last Airbender and The Legend of Korra will soon put their bending skills to the test in Avatar Legends: The Fighting Game Deluxe Edition, launching March 31, 2027.
Bringing the beloved animated universe into the competitive fighting game genre, this hand-drawn 2D fighter features legendary characters, familiar locations and a variety of combat styles inspired by the four elements.
With an original story, cross-platform online battles and several single-player modes, the game aims to offer something for both longtime Avatar fans and fighting game enthusiasts.
Master the Four Elements
Water. Earth. Fire. Air. Each element brings its own strengths to the battlefield, letting players experiment with different combat approaches.
Whether you're controlling the arena with powerful earthbending attacks, overwhelming opponents with relentless offensive pressure or relying on speed and precision to gain the upper hand, every fighter offers a distinctive playstyle to master.
The game features 12 playable characters, brought to life through hand-drawn 2D animation that stays faithful to the original animated series' visual style.
Players can battle through an original Story Mode, challenge opponents in Arcade Mode or sharpen their skills in Training Mode. Offline and Online Versus modes offer competitive matches, while Spectator Mode and an Art Gallery add more ways to enjoy the experience.
