What Is Farlands About?
Farlands takes players on a journey to a remote corner of the galaxy, where an abandoned agricultural planet offers a fresh start.
Tired of life in a crowded, stressful metropolis, you decide to make a dramatic change by buying an entire planet at a bargain price. There's just one catch: the planet has been abandoned for years.
Armed with little more than an ageing spaceship and a personal assistant droid, you set off to start a quieter, more rewarding life far from the city's chaos.
The game's premise offers a charming science-fiction twist on the familiar dream of leaving a busy urban lifestyle behind for something simpler, swapping the countryside for a forgotten planet in a distant solar system.
