LEGO is getting ready for the festive season with the new LEGO Icons Holiday House (11387), a charming addition to its popular Winter Village Collection. Featuring 1,354 pieces, this detailed Christmas-themed set captures the warmth of a traditional holiday home, complete with a snow-covered roof, cosy interior, illuminated Christmas tree and plenty of seasonal decorations.
Designed for builders aged 18 and over, the Holiday House offers a relaxing building experience while creating an eye-catching centrepiece for a festive LEGO display.
A Snow-Covered Home Full of Christmas Charm
The LEGO Icons Holiday House features a traditional architectural design, with pitched roofs, a wrap-around porch and attractive bay windows. Cross-latticed windows add to its old-fashioned character, while festive garlands, golden bells and holly decorations bring a touch of Christmas cheer to the exterior.
Inside, the house is packed with carefully designed furnishings and accessories that help create a warm, nostalgic atmosphere. Builders will find a fireplace, antique phonograph, rotary telephone, and mantel clock, along with seasonal treats and decorations.
Candy canes, wrapped presents, stockings and a pumpkin pie add plenty of small details to explore, making the house feel ready for Christmas celebrations.
One of the set's standout features is its light-up Christmas tree. You can position the tree inside the house, where a light brick illuminates it and lets its warm glow shine through the windows on both floors. It's a simple but effective feature that should make the finished model particularly appealing as a festive decoration.
A Horse-Drawn Sleigh, Snowman and Four Minifigures
The holiday scene extends beyond the house itself, with several accessories helping to complete the winter setting.
A horse-drawn sleigh adds a traditional touch, while a snowman provides another playful seasonal detail. The set also includes four minifigures, allowing builders to create their own Christmas scenes around the house.
Together, these elements make the Holiday House more than just a standalone building. It can serve as the centrepiece of a larger Winter Village display or sit alongside previous releases in the collection.
A Festive Display Piece for Adult LEGO Fans
With its richly decorated exterior, detailed rooms, and illuminated Christmas tree, the LEGO Icons Holiday House is designed to be enjoyed long after you finish building.
The finished model measures over 8 inches (21 cm) high, 11 inches (28 cm) wide and 5.5 inches (14 cm) deep, making it large enough to showcase its architectural details without taking up too much display space.
The combination of traditional furnishings, snowy surroundings and festive accessories gives the set a nostalgic look that fits naturally with the rest of LEGO's Winter Village Collection.
