LEGO Ideas is opening the doors to Downton Abbey with a substantial new set inspired by one of television's most recognisable country houses.
The LEGO Ideas Downton Abbey set, numbered 21373, recreates the grand world of the period drama in 4,711 pieces. Designed for adult builders, the model takes inspiration from Highclere Castle, the real-life Hampshire estate used as the principal filming location for Downton Abbey.
Launching on October 1, 2026, the set includes two detailed levels filled with familiar rooms from the series, along with 13 minifigures representing members of the Crawley family and the household staff.
A detailed recreation of Downton Abbey
Rather than reproducing the entirety of Highclere Castle, the set focuses on several of the locations most closely associated with the series.
The upper level includes the dining room, main hall and library. Downstairs, builders will find the kitchen, servants' hall, and Mr Carson's office.
Each area is packed with details designed to reflect the upstairs-downstairs world that sits at the heart of Downton Abbey. The top level can also be lifted away, making it easier to view the rooms and arrange scenes inside the model.
Outside the house, the build includes a cedar tree and bench, adding another recognisable element to the display.
Once assembled, the model measures more than 12 inches (30 cm) high, 17.5 inches (44 cm) wide and 6.5 inches (16 cm) deep. Its relatively shallow depth should make it easier to display on a shelf despite the substantial 4,711-piece count.
13 Downton Abbey minifigures
A major part of the set is its character line-up, with 13 minifigures based on familiar faces from Season 6 of the television series.
The collection includes The Dowager Countess, Lord Grantham, Lady Grantham, Lady Mary, Lady Edith and Tom Branson.
Representing the household staff are Mr Carson, Mrs Hughes, Mr Bates, Thomas Barrow, Mrs Patmore, Anna Bates and Daisy Parker.
That selection gives builders plenty of scope for recreating scenes from both sides of the household, from formal dinners upstairs to conversations in the servants' hall and kitchen below.

The completed model measures over 30 cm high, 44 cm wide and 16 cm deep, while the 13 included minifigures cover many of the show's best-known characters.
