All devices are sold with a 14-day refund period. This starts from the date that tracking indicates the product was delivered.
Any return must be announced to Phones Direct within 14-days of receipt. Returns are valid only if the device has suffered no damage, there are no obvious signs of use and the device has not been tampered with.
Once the Return has been approved by Phones Direct, the buyer will take full responsibility in shipping the product to Phones Direct in the same condition it was originally received at their own cost.
All of our products are sold with a 12-month warranty that is stared from starts from the date that tracking indicates the product was delivered. This DOES NOT include Spares and repair devices, or any device sold at auction
The 12-month warranty does not extend to any accessories shipped with the device or and spares and repairs device as these are sold as seen.
Batteries are not covered under this 12-month warranty as they are consumables and naturally degrade over time.
This warranty will be made invalid if the product suffers any drops, water or physical damage before it is received by Phones Direct.
The warranty will also be made invalid if the product is tampered with by the customer or a third party. This includes but is not limited to; opening the device, attempting repair, installing software not approved by the manufacturer and replacement of external or internal components.
If a device becomes defective during this 12-month period, Phones Direct will offer solutions including but not limited to, repair, refund, exchange, or discount.
If a refurbished device must be returned to Phones Direct within this 12-month warranty period, a prepaid shipping label will be given.
