Shadow the Hedgehog teams up with Classic and Modern Sonic in Sonic X Shadow Generations, a collection with two campaigns for Nintendo Switch 2. Experience Sonic Generations as they battle Dr. Eggman and the Time Eater to fix the timeline, plus a new Shadow story where Black Doom threatens the world and Shadow unlocks dark powers. Spin dash through reimagined 3D and 2D classic stages, then play Shadow's standalone campaign with Doom Powers to surf water, fly and manipulate time. Rated 7, built for Switch 2, this Day One Edition offers high-speed platforming for fans and newcomers alike.
Gameplay switches between Modern Sonic's fast 3D sections and Classic Sonic's 2D platforming, offering variety across both eras. Shadow's campaign adds tactical depth with unique powers, turning platforming challenges into a fresh experience. Battle enemies, tackle tricky sequences, and uncover Shadow's memories in his darker storyline. The physical cartridge is designed exclusively for Nintendo Switch 2, delivering an experience built for that console. Whether you seek nostalgic stages or Shadow's new abilities, there's plenty to keep you racing through loop-de-loops.
